ABOUT THIS PIECE

I designed this pipe to highlight the common dogs people see and/or have here in the Valley. We often shine light on the household breed names such as Golden Retrievers, Labradors, Pugs, Huskies, Shih Tzu's, etc. However, we don't often pay attention to breeds such as Chihuahuas, Pitbulls, Mix-Breed Terriers, and other "Mutts". This pipe is meant to honor those dogs- ones you often see on the streets or in shelters. They're the silent majority of dogs here in the RGV, and they deserve just as much love and attention as any other breed, because just like any other breed, they are Full of Love. - Emily Ann Guerra

ABOUT THIS ARTIST

I'm a 22 year old recent UTRGV Graduate- earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. I'm a Graphic Designer, Digital Artist, and Traditional Artist skilled at creating many things from signage, advertisements, posters, shirts, portraits, paintings, logos, and more! My goal is to become an educator in Digital Design and/or Art at a secondary educational institution. I want to teach new generations about the endless opportunities they have by pursuing a career in art and design.
