RELEASE & WAIVER
In consideration of my entry in the Arbor Day Walk, run and ride, I hereby, for myself, heirs, executors, and administrators, forever waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages against the City of McAllen, all event sponsors, and their agents for any injuries incurred by me from or out of my participation in the Arbor Day Celebration. I attest that my physical condition has been verified by a physician who has found me able to participate. I also agree that any sponsor may subsequently use for publicity and/or promotional purposes, pictures of my participation in this event without further obligation or liability from me. I further agree to indemnify the city, event sponsors and agents against any claims arising from my participation in this event. All event details are subject to change at the City’s sole discretion.
